Terms of Service
The rules that govern access to Marble Studio accounts, generation services, credits, subscriptions and outputs.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to and use of Marble Studio, including the website, Studio interface, account services, generation workflows, subscriptions and related features.
By creating an account, starting a paid plan or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account.
You may not share access in a manner that bypasses plan limits, usage controls or other technical restrictions. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Generation services
Marble Studio provides access to selected third-party and/or hosted AI generation models through a unified interface. Model availability, output characteristics, speed and supported settings may change as upstream services change.
AI systems are probabilistic. We do not guarantee that a generation will match a prompt, be error-free, be unique, or be suitable for a particular commercial, legal or factual purpose.
4. Credits, free allowances and subscriptions
Plans may include free generation allowances, recurring credits, concurrency limits or other usage rights. Different models can consume different quantities of credits.
Paid subscriptions are billed through the configured payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until cancelled. Taxes may apply based on location.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain responsibility for prompts, uploaded references and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that material and direct the requested generation.
Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use generated outputs for lawful purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use, including rights, accuracy, safety and disclosure requirements.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Marble Studio to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, exploit minors, impersonate others deceptively, evade service limits, interfere with infrastructure, or generate content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Third-party services
Generation providers, storage, payment processing and other infrastructure may be supplied by third parties. Their availability and terms can affect portions of Marble Studio. We are not responsible for independent third-party services outside our control.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address non-payment, investigate abuse or protect service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a subscription through the available billing controls.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or a specific model outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marble Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where required, additional notice.
