How Marble Studio handles intellectual-property concerns involving user inputs and generated outputs.
1. Respect for rights
Users must have the necessary rights or permissions for reference images, prompts, trademarks, characters, photographs and other material submitted to the service.
2. Reporting concerns
A rights holder who believes material associated with Marble Studio infringes their rights may send a detailed notice to legal@marbleland.io. Include identification of the protected work, the material at issue, contact information, the basis for the claim and any information reasonably needed to locate the material.
3. Review and action
We may request additional information, restrict access to material, preserve relevant records, or take other action we consider appropriate under applicable law and our Terms.
4. Generated outputs
AI-generated outputs can resemble existing styles, subjects or concepts without being intentionally copied. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs for potential rights issues before public or commercial use.
