How Marble Studio handles account, usage, billing, generation and technical information.
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as email address, authentication data and plan status; usage information such as credit events, selected models and generation job status; technical information such as browser, device and security logs; and content you choose to submit for generation.
Payment-card information is generally handled by the configured payment processor rather than stored directly by Marble Studio.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate accounts, process generation requests, account for credits, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and communicate service-related information.
3. Generation providers and subprocessors
When you request a generation, the information required to perform that request may be sent to the relevant model provider or infrastructure service. The exact data sent depends on the selected model and supplied inputs.
We may also use service providers for hosting, storage, payments, security, analytics or support. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their function.
4. Retention
We retain account and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy accounting or legal requirements and resolve disputes. Retention for generated media or browser-local history can differ by feature and provider.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including server-side credential handling for model-provider keys. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, objection or restriction concerning personal information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
You may contact legal@marbleland.io for privacy requests. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, billing and dispute purposes.
7. International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we use appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy as products, providers and legal requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page.
