Acceptable Use Policy
Content and behavior rules intended to keep Marble Studio lawful, reliable and safe to operate.
1. Illegal or harmful activity
Do not use the service to facilitate illegal activity, credible threats, exploitation, fraud, malware, credential theft, evasion of law enforcement, or instructions intended to cause serious physical harm.
2. Rights and identity
Do not submit material you lack the right to use. Do not use generated media to deceptively impersonate a real person, misrepresent authorization, violate privacy or publicity rights, or infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
3. Sexual and exploitative content
Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors or any exploitative sexual content. Attempts to sexualize minors or bypass protective controls are prohibited.
4. Platform abuse
Do not probe or exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service operation, automate abusive request volumes, bypass rate or credit controls, resell unauthorized account access, or use compromised credentials.
5. Enforcement
We may limit, suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. Where appropriate, we may preserve evidence or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
